Hi, I’m Angela Johnson. I’m a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor with 5+ years of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their movement. I work with clients of all levels, from complete beginners to those looking to deepen their practice, and I focus on clear instruction and proper form so every session feels both safe and challenging. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy taking care of their bodies.
